Meet The Founder

With a lifetime of movement, from my roots as a competitive athlete and martial arts practitioner to years of dedicated yoga and a passion for surfing, I have always been fascinated by how different modalities shape both the body and the mind. My journey began on the narrow logs and uneven surfaces of the wild; I felt my entire body activate in ways a flat, static mat simply couldn't achieve.

As a studio owner and yoga teacher I knew this experience belonged indoors, but it had to be practical. I spent months prototyping the Wild Flow Yoga Board until I found the perfect balance: a professional-grade, ultra-durable tool that is lightweight, foldable, and designed specifically for the modern studio.

Drawing on my background in Wilderness Therapy and Psychosomatic work, I looked beyond the physical equipment to design a Method.
