We want you to be completely stoked with your Wildflow Yoga Board.

Our boards are designed to elevate your practice, but we know that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. If your board isn’t helping you find your flow, we’re here to help you get things sorted within our 30-day window.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your board to request a return.

We want you to actually experience Wildflow,  not just look at it. You’re encouraged to use it and feel the difference.

To keep the good vibes and the business flowing, we cannot accept return requests made after this 30-day period.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and not damaged beyond normal use. This means:

• The board has been used as intended but is not broken or abused  
• All original components are included  
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase  

Shipping & Return Costs

To keep our pricing fair for the entire community, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Shipping Fees:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

Return Delivery:
• You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and arranging delivery back to us.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance  

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at wildflowyogaboards@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery  
2. Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with shipping instructions  
3. Ship it Back: Please send your package to:

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues (The "Inspect Upon Arrival" Rule)

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but things can happen during the journey to your door.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the board is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wildflowyogaboards@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.

• If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days  
• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund  

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
