Shipping & The Journey to Your Door

We can’t wait to get your Wild Flow Yoga Board into your hands! To keep your experience as smooth as your practice, we’ve simplified our shipping to get you flowing faster.

1. The "Lower 48" Flow (Free Shipping)

We are happy to offer Shipping Included on all orders traveling to the Contiguous United States (the Lower 48 states). The price you see is the price you pay, no hidden shipping surprises at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Every board is inspected for quality and packed with care at our studio in Virginia.
  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prep your board for its journey.
  • During peak seasons or sales, this might take a little longer.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your board ships so you can follow its path to you.

3. Shipping Carriers & Accuracy

  • We primarily ship via UPS/FedEx
  • Check Your Address: Please double check your shipping info! We cannot be responsible for boards sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a board is returned to us due to an address error, the cost to reship it will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once your board leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
  • Missing Packages: Wild Flow Yoga Board is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered." We recommend shipping to a secure location.
  • Arrival Damage: If your board arrives damaged from the trip, please take photos of the box and the board immediately. Contact us at wildflowyogaboards@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to bring the Wild Flow energy worldwide soon!
